This is senior, hands-on advisory,  not a framework or a workshop. I work directly with leadership on the questions that don't have easy answers:

Sometimes the need is immediate. A CPO is leaving. A COO seat is vacant. A transformation needs a leader who can set direction and get things done. I step in as a fractional or interim executive,  embedded in your leadership team, accountable for outcomes, able to move fast.
